Accommodation at The Little Annex consists of a large contemporary style ground floor double bedroom which can be converted into twin beds with en-suite facilities.
The accommodation has its own access through the garden with a small private patio area. A continental style breakfast is available on a self catering basis with good quality food. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know before your stay.
Facilities in the room consist of kettle, toaster, refridgerator and a flat screen digital TV.

"I stayed there while visiting the beautiful town of Stamford, in January 2022. The Little annexe was over my expectations. About 20 minutes walk from town centre, in a nice, quiet and safe area, near Stamford college. Just park your car and visit the town by foot. Owner was very nice. When you got up in the morning, you enjoy the view of a precious garden in front of the room. I definitely go back to stay there."
"Great location, the owner was very friendly and happy to advise on how to get to the centre by foot as well as good walks in the area and places to visit during the short time I was there. The room was very spacious with a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle with ample tea and coffee. Off street parking spot was perfect too!"
